Your team treats the visit normally. The pet is checked in under the owner's name. We wait in your lobby or outside — whatever your clinic prefers. We stay until the pet is ready for pickup.
The owner is available by phone for the duration of the appointment. Any decisions requiring owner input go directly to them. We handle logistics — you handle medicine.
We transport the pet home and the owner gets a text confirmation when they're back. Any post-visit instructions travel with the pet and get communicated directly.
