Why does pet transportation cost more than a rideshare?

Because it's a different service. With Uber, you're in the car. The driver drives. With Envoy Pet, your driver handles the entire appointment — pickup, wait on-site, photo updates, and return. That's a 2–3 hour block of dedicated professional time. The price reflects the actual service.

Is there a price floor?

Yes. $125 is the minimum. We don't discount and we don't negotiate on price. The rate reflects what a professional, private, fully-managed pet transport actually costs to deliver correctly.

When do I pay?

After you get your quote and confirm you want to book, we send a payment link. Payment locks the booking. No payment = no confirmed appointment. We don't hold slots.

What if the appointment runs longer than expected?

If the vet runs significantly over the estimated wait time, we stay. For appointments over 60 minutes of wait, a $25 supplement applies — disclosed in your quote upfront when the wait time is flagged.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
