Can you transport an anxious dog or cat to the vet?

Yes. Add a note in the booking form describing your pet's anxiety triggers and we'll plan the ride accordingly — calm loading, direct route, no extra stops. Many anxious pets do better than expected in a private, quiet environment.

Should I give my anxious pet medication before transport?

That's a question for your vet, not us. If your vet prescribes a pre-visit sedative, let us know in the booking notes so we can factor in timing and watch for any reactions during the ride.

My dog gets car sick — can Envoy Pet still help?

Yes. Note it in the booking form. We can adjust the kennel position and drive style. A direct, smooth route with no detours is already standard — which tends to help car-sick pets.

How do you handle a pet that tries to escape or is hard to handle?

Let us know in advance. We have experience with anxious and reactive pets. For extreme cases, we may recommend your vet advise on sedation before the visit. Safety of your pet is the first priority.
