My cat hates car rides — is Envoy Pet still a good option?

Most cats that hate car rides are responding to the chaos of a normal ride — carrier in the back seat, owner stressed, other cars. Envoy Pet uses a secured kennel in a dedicated cargo area in a quiet vehicle. Many cats relax more than their owners expect. Add a note in the booking form if your cat is particularly anxious and we'll plan accordingly.

Do you bring the carrier or do I need to provide one?

We use our own secured kennel for transport. If your cat has a carrier they're already comfortable with, let us know in the booking notes and we can discuss logistics.
