Can my pet go to the vet while I'm at work?

Yes. Envoy Pet picks up your pet from your door, handles the full vet appointment, and returns them home — all while you're at work. You get a photo mid-appointment so you're kept in the loop.

How does the handoff work if I'm already at work?

Most clients hand off before leaving for work. If that doesn't work for your schedule, we can also arrange a handoff with a family member, neighbor, or a lockbox/door access system — whatever fits your situation.

Will the vet accept my pet without me there?

Yes. Let the clinic know in advance that a transport service will be dropping off. Most Tampa vets are familiar with this and have no issue. We coordinate with the clinic directly on arrival.

What happens if the vet needs to reach me during the appointment?

The clinic will contact you directly on your phone — same as if you were in the waiting room. We're in the clinic and can relay anything urgent immediately.
