How It Works
Family members or community staff book in advance by phone or text. We coordinate pickup details with the community — who to check in with, how to access the resident, and any specific handling instructions for the dog.
We arrive, handle loading gently with a ramp, transport to the vet, wait through the full appointment, and return the dog to the community. The resident gets their dog back. The family member gets a confirmation text without having to rearrange their work day.
